We thank You for shopping at Voi Jeans India. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you.
All return orders are eligible within the return windows of 10 calendar days from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return items must be in the original packaging. Your return items should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer free returns for most parts of India, You can initiate a return by logging in to your account on www.voijeans.online. You can click on Profile à Order History and select the orders which are eligible for return. You can also send an email to online@voijeans.in to initiate a return. Please mention you Order No in the email. Though we act swiftly on your request, some times it may take 3 to 4 working days to arrange a return pickup. Kindly pack the product and seal it with adhesive tape before the courier person arrives at your door for pickup.
Self-ship: If pickup at your location is not offered by us, you will have to self-ship the products to our address mentioned in the Invoice, in such cases we will refund the shipping costs along with refund of the product. Kindly pack the product and seal it with adhesive tape before the couriering to us. Please choose a reliable courier service.
Following guidelines must be followed for return/refund policy:
- All items to be returned should be in original conditions with price tags and packaging in-tact.
Please keep a copy of Invoice you received, in the packing along with return products.
- In case you have purchased an item with an offer/gift then if you wish to return product even the gifted/free product also has to be returned.
- Voi jeans will not be held responsible for the products returned by mistake. In cases where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Voi Jeans would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
- For self-shipped returns please pack the items safely and use a reliable courier service. Any damage to the product will make the return/refund null.
- All refunds are subjected below terms & conditions
- Refund will be considered only after the products are received by us at our Warehouse.
- Refund will be issued only after we do a quality check as per return reasons mentioned by you.
- You can expect your refund between 8 to 10 days from the time we receive the product at our Warehouse.

Pre-Paid Orders: All Pre-paid orders will be refunded to the original payment account.
COD Orders: Refund for COD Orders will be done only after following details are submitted to us via email or while initiating return in the user profile on Voijeans.online
